Papori was a delight to work with; she brought prior experience with this user persona, and it showed, her designs were always grounded in how real retailers think and interact.
She was methodical in everything: structured handoffs, design system documentation, and pushing the product team to improve spec quality. She owned complex flows and designed every state, not just the happy path.
Most importantly, she elevated the team around her, mentoring juniors, giving thoughtful cross-functional feedback, and building a design culture that continues after her. Any team would be lucky to have her.

I had the pleasure of working alongside Papori at Badho, where we collaborated as product designers on some of the most complex and impactful features on the platform.
What stood out most about Papori was how she approached collaboration. She was always someone you could think out loud with, with genuine focus on getting to the best solution. Working through ambiguous, multi-stakeholder problems like these flows, her clarity and consistency made the process a lot smoother.
Her design craft is equally strong. She has a sharp eye for detail and a good instinct for what works for the user vs. what just looks good on a screen
